Hassan Ismail hails from Katsina local government area of Katsina state. He had his early school life in Best Legacy Primary School and Latmos Comprehensive College, all in Lagos where he broke a record as the 1st student to have taken 1st position 18 times throughout his 6yrs in secondary school. He was the best graduating student in his set.

He's a Petroleum Engineering graduate of the prestigious Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, ATBU Bauchi. During his service year in Abbi Grammar School, Ndokwa East LGA, Delta state, Hassan planned, initiated and completed the development of an Ultra-Modern Computer Laboratory that was adjudged to be the 1st of its kind in the whole of Ndokwa East by the sitting commissioner of education.

Hassan is not only winning in the academic space but also a seasoned real estate professional. He helps individuals & companies own assets that produce predictable, perpetual & consistent income to fund their life dreams. He has also raised students who are passionate in real estate business, some of whom are now successful real estate developers.
